These Terms and Conditions govern your use of stonessrvtravel.com and the purchase of digital novels and travel guides offered by W. James Stoness / Stoness RV Travel.
Using this website
By browsing or buying from this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your province or country.
Digital products
- Books and guides sold here are digital files for personal use.
- After payment is complete, you will receive access to download your purchase. Keep a copy of your receipt and download links.
- You may not copy, share, resell, or distribute purchased files except as allowed by law for your own personal use.
Prices and payments
Prices are shown in the currency listed at checkout. Payment is processed by third-party providers such as PayPal. We may refuse or cancel an order if payment fails, fraud is suspected, or a product is listed in error.
Refunds
Because digital files can be downloaded immediately, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If a file will not download or is defective, contact us and we will help replace it. For other refund requests, email jstoness@kingston.net.
Intellectual property
All novels, travel guides, photographs, logos, and website design are owned by W. James Stoness or used with permission. You may not reproduce site content for commercial use without written consent.
